How to repaire cd-drive "freezing"?

Hi, All!

When you insert CD-disk to drive Windows XP open new Explorer window but
then display "insert drive". So I must once more eject tray. How make that
disk readed at once?

Sergey, try a Dvd/CD Drive lens cleaner.
