Save it anywhere you like. To find it from the ScreenSaver tab of
Display Properties, use the 'Browse' button.
Be very cautious about downloading screensavers from the internet - many
are loaded with spyware.

system32 is one of the places you could store the screen savers.
Ted I must be missing something as when I go to the screen savers tab I can
not see a browse anywhere button anywhere.

Download it anywhere. But then right click on the Screensaver and choose
Install.
now The screensaver will appear in Screen Savers tab.
