How can I safely customize desktop's context menu?

I would like to get rid of "Browse with Paint Shop Pro 7" on the context
menu. Could someone plz clue me in?

Also: is this the appropriate group for this query?

Remove Browse With Paint Shop Pro 7 from the context menu:
