USB 2.0 driver for Buslink external hard drive

I bought a new external hard drive and can't get it to be recognized.  It
keeps saying that I have an uknown device in my USB port.  Any help?

It should be PnP hardware - XP should already have the driver for it.
Otherwise you should have gotten software with it. In any case you might be
able to find it here:
http://list.driverguide.com/list/company1278/index.html. This site requires a
free registration to download files.
