Hi, would someone be able to answer my questions.

I've recently installed an east asian package into my computer but one
requirement is for me to go to Control panel, then to Regional and Language
Options and then in the Languages tab untick the box that says "Install files
for East Asian Countries". However this line is greyed out and i cannot touch
it. Is there a reason why this is happening and is there anything i can do to
remove those installed east asian files??

Thanks a bunch

Hello Lisa.

You need to be an Administrator on the PC in order to work with these options I
believe. Here is a good article that walks you through the steps required to get
XP to work with Japanese software. Hope it helps!
