Hi.  i can create a shortcut key in the start menu for the sound recorder,
which is easy.  however, i want to set it up so that my shortcut
automatically records until further notice... i have to cover my a.s when
it comes to this one difficult co-worker (asian mother syndrome).

thanks in advance.

This does what you are asking.  The only command line options for sound
recorder are open, new, play, close, and embed.  there does not seem to be a
way to record.  if you find out something let us know.  Check out the link
for a free program that will do what you ask.
