The Start Menu has moved to the right hand side of the monitor display
screen.  I have tried the move it back to the bottom of the screen but cannot
find where the setting to this is changed.  Can you help?

I assume that you mean the whole task bar, not just the Start menu. Although
by default the task bar appears on the bottom of the screen, it can be on
any of the sides you prefer it on. To move it from any side to another,
simply click on an unused part of it and drag it where you want it. Be sure
to click *within* it, not on the edge; clicking on the edge and dragging
will resize it.

If it won't move, it may be locked. In that case, right click on it and
uncheck "Lock the taskbar," then try again.

As said by Ken Blake, if that doesn't work then right-click on an empty area
of your Taskbar, point to Toolbar and uncheck any Toolbar listed. Now, try
the same method as said by Ken.

Hope this help, let us know!

* Tip of The Day *
Extending Taskbar in 2 Rows can be useful, if you want to see Date along
with Time.
