Hi,
I have a "kiosk" machine that runs on XP SP2.
It must have File and Printer Service.
The logged user is an admin.
I want to somehow not allow him to add shares on folders/drives or if
its impossible to know that he did.

any ideas?

I take it the kiosk machine needs to access shares, not supply them?  In that
case, disable the Server service. This will also prevent users from browsiing
the network.

MyLogon's kiosk mode might be of some help here. This runs a single app
without any desktop. If the user closes the app, the machine reboots.
