Messenger Service Windows Popping Up

How do I stop these windows from popping up from messenger service saying I
need "Registry Cleaner?"

Open Admin tools>services scroll down to messenger service and disable it.

The fact that you are getting these popups tells me that you are in need of
a firewall try this one or turn on the windows firewall.

It's also an indication that you don't have Service Pack 2. You need SP 2.
