Not a bash on Norton. Had a bad ram so now I got only 256mb ram and we all
know how xp runs on that little bit of ram :)  I got get Norton off here
asap. But when I try to remove it I get this message on reboot about someone
had tried to remove Norton. It is version 2003 and I see no where with an
uninstall option.

So how do I get this thing off my comp?

Thanks!

To remove Norton, you pretty well have to get their own uninstaller as
Add/Remove Programs doesn't work completely (another reason to hate
Norton). If it's Norton SystemWorks 2003 see here:

If it Norton Internet Security/Firewall see here:

If the links don't work due to length, go to the Norton website and do
a search for 'Removal"

Brian,

The link on your site to the Norton Removal Tool needs updating (I had
the same link). I think this one will do it:
