A few day ago my system was infected by a virus (Newfolder.exe)

I tried to remove it with different Antiviruses and NOD32 did it...

Now the speed of system and other things are running very well but:

some of my .exe files are not working. when I try to run them I find a msg
(etc.exe is not valid win32 application)

How can I make these files effective again.....

Thanks and Regards,,
