Please note the following:

1. Please ask your question in the body of the message, not just in
the subject line.

2. When you ask a question, you have to give us some information to
work with. As it stands your question is like saying "Please help. My
car doesn't work." Nobody can tell what's wrong from either question.

What does "Problem installing SP2" mean? What problem? What happens
when you try? If you get an error message, please quote it verbatim.
