Windows XP sp2.  I have one user whose display is messed up.  When they go
into Internet Explorer, the graphics are not all there and the font is
primitive looking.  This phenomenon also shows up in other programs where we
expect to see graphics they are not shown and the font is is blocky and
primitive.  Where can I reset or change these parameters or what might be
wrong?  Thanks.

For some reason when I installed a patch to a thrid-party software the
"accessibility" options in IE got checked (Ignore colors, ignore fonts,
ignore font sizes in IE>Tools>Internet Options>General>Accessibility).  Once
I unchecked these the "problem" went away.

The software is:

The Raiser's Edge by Blackbaud, Inc.

This phenomenon has happened more than once with this SW.
