I am able to change the wallpaper to a specific .bmp image for the
logon screen (HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper).
How can I make a different wallpaper appear when I do the alt + ctrl +
del. Is there a special registry key or do I need to mess with some
other setting. Would really appreciate if someone can point me in the
right direction.

I am trying to do the same thing...and I can't get it to work.  Found
several options to change the logon screen when you start but it does not
carry over :(
