Keybord hotkey shortcut

Hello,

I use alt+shift+q to start a shortcut to my application. I deleted the
shortcut but the hotkey is still there. How do I remove the keybinding?

Either you deleted *one* of the shortcuts but not the one that
actually contains the hotkey, or you need to reboot.
