A part of the Registry keeps filling up with domains.  The section is listed
below:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\ZoneMap\Domains]

When this part of the registry gets full of Domains listed, my email becomes
sluggish and I get a delay when I'm typing.  I thought the problem was
Spybot.  I stop using Spybot and now something else is doing the same thing.

What can I do to get around this?  My email format is set to Pain Text.
Thanks

That's right Spybot built these database of Bad Domains to block them if you
run the BHO IE helper of S&D.

If you Uninstalled S&D did you tried to Remove some of these Domains?, what
happen?.

Do you have other security software and are they set to run in real time
protection mode?.
Please state all and the config if you can, also do you use the Hosts file?.
Located here:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc =look in the right Pane/window and locate
the Hosts file just, don't open or edit the Hosts File with the extension
.SAM?.
What you can see there?.
HTH.
