Recently, I installed some software on my XP system.  Several shortcuts were
added to my start menu.  Some of them had a different background color which
is cool, but I would like to be able to set the background colors myself a
little differently.  I have not found a way to change them.  How is this done?
This is a cool feature, but I would like to be able to manage it.

Thanks!

The background color for the Start menu is white. When new programs are
installed they are highlighted on the Start menu. After a while their
background changes to white.
