Changing file name font color

I am using XP home and when I list the contents of
folders some of my file names have changed color to
blue.  Other are still black.  How can I change these
colors back?

My Computer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Show encrypted or compressed files in
color.

Hello Pete,

In Explorer - on the menu-bar | Tools | Folder Options |
/View\,  Under "Advanced Settings",
[ ] "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color"
