Recover the My Computer Icon on the desktop

I deleted the my computer icon off my desktop and cleaned
out my recycle bin.  Can I recover it?

Control Panel
Display properties
Desktop (tab)
Customize Desktop (button)
General (tab)
Desktop Icons (area)
Make desired changes
Apply
Ok
Done

Hi

Right click the desktop, select Properties and then the Desktop tab.  Make sure that My Computer is enabled.
