Common settings for 100 pc

I have to configure 100 pc with a base theme, different
from that of standard installation.
Is there a batch file or similar way to do this?

If all the PC's are the same configuration, these will allow you to setup 1
as needed, then prepare an image which can be deployed to all 100
computers...
