I have internet access on my computer but would like to
make restrictions for teenagers, as to sites that they do
not have access to. How would I do that?

properties dialog box will pop up, choose content tab &
take it from there

IE and Windows don't really come with thorough Parental Control software;
this is available from third parties though.
