Set my folders to View => List, but everytime I go back,
it reverts back to Icon as the default. In "Folder
Options," "Remember each folder's view settings" is
checked. Any idea??

Hi,
You can download and apply the following edit and then re-set the views for
your folders.
increase folder view size limit to 8000 (line 2, left column)

Myzhi--
A couple. Make sure you use Tools>View>Folder Options >Apply to All Folders
and the other thing to remember is the limit that Windows remembers 400
folders. So go to Kelly's site here
Kelly's A to Z
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm
Select "F" and scroll down to *Folder Views keep settings.*
Go to - Start/Run/Regedit and Delete these two keys, reboot then re-set your
folder options.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\BagMRU
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\Bags
or go to
Kelly's Tweaks and use line 2 and this will do the regedit for you.
