Windows XP Pro File association .bmp changed to or makes
new .bmp for "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".  Then I
will delete the current .bmp association, also
to "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer", because it is
corrupted.  But when I go to /Folder Options/ .BMP/ New/
then the drop down menu "Associated File Type," I don't
see to "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer".  I know it is a
part of the OS, and I can see it listed at the / File
Types tab/ when I click Change.  I also searched for it.
Does any one know where it is.

If I remember correctly, "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" is not an
application in itself, but rather a dll. Of course, I'm not 100% on this
:S But my best bet would be that the application/DLL is somewhere in the
WINDOWS or System32 folder.
