i really need help with this a demo game was installed an removed in add remove programs but it left behind a little icon on the desktop when i try deleting it says cannot delete programme being used by another person or computer how can i get rid of it please Hi kittymes, A few questions to help diagnose the issue: 1. What is the name of the game you installed? 2. What is the filename of the desktop shortcut? 3. What file does the shortcut link to? Please right-click the shortcut and "Rename" it to deleteme.txt - say yes to the warning about changing the filetype association. Afterwards, you should be able to delete it. To create a new Administrator Account go into Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Create...
