Help me . How to play AOE Using IPX Connection on WinXP

I have a network with 20 PCs . As Image at :

I have a question about that network
I play AOE on that network but i can play when i use TCP/IP Connection
For Direct Play but I can't play when I use IPX Connection For Direct
Play
All PC use Window XP SP1 . Direct 9c . Install Network with IPX,
NetBuit, TCP/IP, NetBios

Do you have the frame type set to autodetect?  Try manually setting it to
802.3 for example on all the machines.

I've also heard of from one person that swapping out his new router for an
old hub got IPX/SPX working.  :/
