I recently downloaded the BTMod for Oblivion from somewhere. The file came in a .rar file format. what is the .rar file format, and how do I access/uncompress it? .rar format is unistalled using WinRAR (http://www.rarlab.com). I use WinRAR for everything, it's my only compression program, for zip etc too.
