I've installed sims2 for my daughter but when i try to open the game it says
'CD/DVD emulation software has been detected. Please disable all CD/DVD
emulation software and restart the game'

Anyone help me out with this?

Cheers

Hi Steadsy,

EA Games has provided a list of software known to include CD Emulation
software here:  http://tinyurl.com/y8ulnd

The above link also includes instructions for disabling the CD Emulation in
a few of the software programs mentioned.
