Hi There New to this group. My son is using windos xp home sse and suddenly his zoo tycoon 2 game, and now any microsoft games comes up with the error Zoo Tycoon 2 has encountered a problem and needs to close, this happens when loading. We've removed the game and reinstalled it. I've searched on the web and found its a common problem but all avenues point me to the knowledge base which as far as I can see says wait until microsfot resolves it. Can anyone help me? We have completed an error report that you can send to help us improve Microsoft Zoo Tycoon 2. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. Have you tried installing on another machine? I don't want to have to do it again. |
