They aren't going to replace a defective CD without the actual CD. If you
lost the game, you'll probably have to buy another copy. Usually if I loose
something, most stores won't give me a new one.
Microsoft game support kindda sucks, you can't call them without spending
$35, if this was EA i'd say gave them a call and ask what your options are.
I know most "replacement CD" programs are to replace defective discs, they
won't replace lost CDs.

I am trying to reinstall zookeeper collection and keep getting uninstall, I
have let it run its uninstall but to no avail. I presume there are some files
still on there that I cannot locate and so it thinks it is still installed. I
have searched files and folders but can't find them!
I have telephoned microsoft support, but they won't help unless I give them
a product ID. I cannot find one? Its not on the box or on the disks or in
the booklet?? They told me to go back to whom I bought it off of, that would
be ok, but we have had this a long time, I cannot remember where I got it.
But I know its not illegal!! It has been on my computer before!!! I would of
bought it from a large store!! Microsoft could of been more helpful I am
sure, but they kept repeating without a product ID they cannot help!
This is so frustrating, SOMEONE HELP!!!

Try a registry cleaner (I don't recommend them, but could clean out the
remaining Zookeeper files)
http://www.ccleaner.com is about the only one I'd try.
Be careful, could mess up your system even more with it.
