Windows XP & Compaq Presario 1810

Anybody know why I need a Intel/M Systems Flashcard
(28F00SA) when I upgrade from Windows 98 to XP on my
Compaq Presario 1810 (Pent II) w/ 64 Meg RAM and 6 Gig
HD?  Thanks.

Hi

I would advise you not to upgrade your OS to XP or else you will be in troubles
Reasons: PII CPU, 64MB ram, 6 Gig HDD, all these are below the requirements for XP
Motherboard BIOS and chipsets are the other concerns
