If i buy a 250 GB Drive and divide it into 2 125 GB
partitions will in work with an old, non SP1 version of
XP.  My PC isn't connected to the interent so I have never
Updated it.

Thanks for the help.

Hello Adam
I do not see any reason it will not work, I would partition it with FDISK
through a bootdisk even though the XP cd has the tools to partition, then
pop the XP cd in and do the format on the existing partitions. You can order
a copy of the updates up to Oct. 2003 I believe that is the date not sure,
anyway it will have SP1 on it.(it's free)

Hope this helps
