I have just purchased a new dell inspiron 9100 and been having some small graphic problems. First of all, my graphic card is a 128 ati radeon 9700. (So nothing wrong there!). However when surfing internet certain images and text become sligghtly blurred. Best way to put it is that it is like they havent completely rendered. If anyone has or had a similar problem or knows how this can be remedied plz contact me asap. My email is tm_sveen@hotmail.com.

Are you using one of those"fast dial up" ISP services?  They
get the speed by over-compressing images.  It may not be a
problem with your computer at all.  Look to see if you have
an option to get full resolution images.

But government sees it as an obstacle to be overcome.
