AFTER INSTALLING WINDOWS XP HOME, I CAN NOT CHANGE THE
DISPLAY DRIVERS, DISPLAY ONLY HAS 640X480. UNDER DIVICE
MANAGER  ? (IN YELLOW) VIDEO CONTROLLER (VGA COMPATIBLE)

You sure do - but it isn't the sort of help anyone here can give you.

1)    Lose the caps. It's considered yelling, is incredibly rude and makes
your posts very hard to read.

2)    The answer is so obvious I'm surprised you couldn't have figured it
out. Drivers don't carry over, you have to download and install them.

You need to install the XP version of the graphics drivers for your
card!
