Whenever I try to print, the same message keeps
appearing. It comes up as this : 'Spooler SubSystem App
has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are
sorry for the inconvenience.' can someone please explain
to me what is happening and how to solve it. I have
already tried to go into Control Panel and change it to
automatic but it still happens. If you have any
suggestions please contact me. Thankyou.
Kirstie.

Sounds as though it may be possible that you have a
corrupted file.  Have you tried to uninstall the software
and reinstall it???  Just a thought...  Hope it helps!
