Bluetooth Help

Just installed a Microsoft Bluetooth mouse and keyboard and it all works
fine.  Trouble is when rebooting the mouse and keyboard arent available
until I use another mouse and keyboard to login.  then they work fine...
Need help please...

Partially figured it out.  Takes a few moments to sync then works fine.  One
more question.  How do I go to bios if they keyboard is not recognized until
I get the the password prompt..

Another thing, when entering sleep mode, the keyboard becomes unavailable.
I think it must have something to do with USB,
