Could this be a hardware problem ?

Error Message :-

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered
a problem and needs to close".

This message has recently shown at boot up on my fairly new notebook.
(Windows XP Media Center - Intel Pentium 1.70GHz - 760MB Ram)

What does it mean and how can I stop it   ?

Thanks

sidcliffe
