Have you checked your cable connection and looked down inside to see if you
had pin bent or reseat your video card.

Derek, I just had a similar problem working on a client's comp. This
solved my problem, temporarily: Unscrew the hold-in brace where the video
card bolts into pci/agp slot. Then insert the vid. card "straight", with no
edges of vc showing above its slot--or at least all evenly showing. This
slight tilt in our card made the video show up. HTH, and good luck. s

Tried pressing F8 but nothing happens, also tried what you suggested
with the graphics card but that doesnt work either.
There are no bent pins anywhere.
