I have two hard drives, using a Dell Dimension 1100 with 512 of RAM. I can
not seem to play music or watch videos from the other hard drive. The sound
is wrong and the video drags. I have tried to enable DMA from the Device
Manager but can't. How to I enable it?

See if the information on MVP Hans-Georg Michna's site helps:

If this doesn't help, you may be looking at a hardware issue.
