it all started when i turned on my computer i noticed sound didnt work so i
went to control panal and looked at sounds and audio divices in the window it
says no audio so i went to divice manager and it said it was working fine.
This is what it said in the sound section
-Audio Codecs
-C-Media AC97 Audio Device (says working properly)
-Legacy audio drivers
-Legacy Video capture Divices
-Media Control Divices
-Video Codecs
I just uninstall the C-Media AC97 Audio Device and then reinstall the
C-Media AC97 Audio Device and it works but after i restart my computer it
stops working. PLEASE HELP!

Stanley, this might be a far fetched thing to mention but, sometimes my
sound will just turn off. I never know which program has done it. However,
if I look in the sys tray at the lower right of the task bar and click on
the speaker icon, it will be muted. Could this be happening to your
computer? Just a wild guess.
