Hi there,
We have a domain which we connect all our work pc's to it. So all work
computer names which are members of that domain are showing in that domain.

Now i have a personal laptop (winxp sp2) which i connected it to the domain
to do some automatic windows updates. After shutting down my laptop, i find
my laptop's name still showing along with the rest in our domain.

How can i remove the name of my laptop from the list of computer names in
our domain since it is no longer connected anymore???

Pls advice,
Cheers,
Connie.

Why ask HERE?  This has no bearing on hardware whatsoever.

Ask elsewhere

Ignore the resident fuckwit.  Your hardware question is perfectly welcome in
a hardware newsgroup.

Our resident newsnet nazi just thinks that he has the right to decide what
can and what can't be posted.  He doesn't.
