windows xp windows messenger 5.1 I am trying to assist my bother with his pc... he has requested remote assistance from me... which I have accepted... but I get a message stating... cannot connect to remote... host cannot be resolved... (I do not know if this is the complete message, but it is most of the detail)... can anyone help... Regards - Paul Are you or your brother behind a router? If you have a Linksys router, click on the Administration tab and enable "UPnP" then "Save Settings".
