Problem with webcam sound !!!

Hello ,
I send you this email to inform you the problem what  i have when i speak  
with my frrend with webcam via msn messanger ,
In fact   when i open msn messanger i see the image , but i can't change the
volume of sound of the webcam , so , the problem is that the actual volume of
sound is zero , i have try to change it but whitout succes  
so , thanks in advance  if you have the solution.

Did you use the audio and video tuning wizard to set up your webcam?  Open
your Messenger, click on Tools/Audio and video set up.
