I am unable to make connect to contacts. When I try to make video call
I hear it ring but my contact doesnt. There aren't any error messages
,it just keeps ringing. The same thing happens if they try to connect
to me,they hear ringing ,I dont.I can sign on to messenger and it
shows which contacts are on line, but I cant connect
Thank You
Hank

hi, i'm getting the same problem but without the ringing tones, and having
great difficulty getting help. I am wondering if the windowsmessenger drop
down menu of Options, and Connections is configured correctly, and if a 'by
proxy' server is okay, or maybe the firewall security system is blocking the
connections, any alternative ideas on this? Fishytale

I'm a mature, well-travelled Scot with a penchant for the awkward,  and
downright exasperating challenges, abundant in ITC, and any support would be
appreciated - yours in anticipation, Fishytale
