How do I trace the IP of a MSN Messanger?
Jonathan Kay [MVP] - 29 Sep 2003 04:43 GMT
Greetings Deckker,

If you mean a Messenger user, you cannot unless you establish a direct connection (like file
transfer, voice/video conversation, etc.) -- basic text chat will not reveal the users' IP
address.

Yes You Can Trace the ip of any one using msn mess.

To do so You have to open command prompt and type the
command line { NETSTAT /n } and monitor any change in ip
address then type mess. to the person from who u want ip
type the command once again before pressing enter send the
mess. to the person and then press enter if no change
again type the same command
