Can anyone tell me how to get rid of a porno pop up that
opens up every time I open a link either on Outlook or
just on any webpage.  I am desperate.  The page seems to
be a dialer or rerouter.  Thanks.

Your PC is probably loaded with spyware that is also hogging resources.

There is an excellent article about spyware in PC Magazine:

Their Editor's Choice is Spybot for spyware removal.  It's free.

Thanks for directions to the article.  I already have ad
aware and spybot which I run regularly.  It is not
getting rid of this dialer/redirect service.  Anymore
suggestions.
