I've read where Microsoft is retiring Netmeeting and replacing it with
Office Live Meeting.  These changes don't effect the video
conversations in Windows Messenger (or MSN Messenger for that matter)
do they?  TIA

Greetings Steve,

Actually Netmeeting was discontinued some time ago [unofficially], but they just "announced"
it recently (to coincide with Live Meeting's launch).  But no, audio/video conversations will
not be affected in anyway due to this, those capabilities in Messenger have nothing to do
with Netmeeting.  As well, Netmeeting is in Windows XP, and it won't "disappear", so really
this shouldn't affect people until the next version of Windows.
