My sister and I each have MSN Messenger and she has told her machine that
she wants her name to be Displayed on my machine.  On my machine her name is
not displayed but her email address is.  She is using XP and I am using
98SE.  It worked fine for a few days but now it doesn't.  What could have
happened and how can she/we fix it?

Greetings Shirley,

Are you using MSN Messenger 6.x?  If so, you may just have the option to show e-mail
addresses on.  To change it back, open up the main Messenger window, click the Contacts menu,
then Manage Contacts, then View Contacts By, and choose Display Name (or Friendly Name
depending on version).
