Hi,

Is there anyway I can have Windows Messenger minimized to tray when clicking
X, instead of it shutting down?
Recently reinstalled the program, and even tried reinstalling it again, but
it will still shut down all the way when hitting X. I can't recall having
this kind of a problem in the past. As far as I remember it always minimized
to systray.

Help is appriciated.

Thanks in advance.

Greetings Tine,

To fix this, simply open up the main Messenger window, click the Tools menu, then Options,
then Preferences, and verify that 'Allow
this program to run in the background' or 'Allow Windows Messenger to run in the background'
(depending on version) and click OK.
