Unable to hide messenger flashing on taskbar

When I am in a conversation and someone walks in, I minimise the window
The problem is that when the other person calls it brings up the taskbar and flashes so everyone can see
How do I disable this so I can have a private conversation
Please help

Greetings,

Unfortunately you can't really hide this behavior with just Messenger.  What you could do is
make use of the Messenger Plus! Boss Protection functionality.  You can find Plus! @
http://www.msgplus.net.  Also take note to be sure to read through the installer, as if you
do not wish to install the sponsor program (ie. advertising) that goes along with Plus!, be
sure *not* to chose that option during the installation.
