I can't access my messenger4.7 , everytime I try I get an error problem notification, and my messenger disappears, I downloaded messenger 5 , but get the same thing, I even downloaded messenger 6.2 but it freezes on my screen and I get multiple contactlist notifications etc , whole system becomes unusable. If anyone can help it would be much appreaciated. You could first try to scan for any virusses/spyware/adware If you have any add-ons for msn messenger or windows messenger installed remove them and try again. Hi , I have scanned for viruses using Norton Anti Virus , it says I don't have any viruses , and I downloaded ad- aware which scans for spyware and adware but didn't detect any, very frustrating! |
